Emma is the Director of Administrative Services at the Morgridge Family Foundation and provides administrative support to the Chief and Deputy Disruptors and manages the day to day operations of the Foundation. Emma has an extensive and varied professional career which includes administrative roles at large corporations such as IBM, Wells Fargo, and Vail Resorts. She also has experience in a variety of mid-size and family-run enterprises. Emma formerly co-owned and operated a senior home care agency with her husband in Lakewood, Colorado and has been a Park County foster care parent and victim advocate volunteer coordinator.
