Elisabeth Wilson

Strategic Change and Evaluation Specialist

Elisabeth Wilson is the Strategic Change and Evaluation Specialist for the Morgridge Family Foundation. In her role she evaluates the impact of MFF programs and gifts, while working with partners to build research capacity within their institutions. 

Elisabeth is an interdisciplinary researcher who specializes in building research capacity within organizations and creating new research and evaluation teams. She is interested in questions around how organizational structures and tools impact large scale outcomes. Elisabeth started her research career in agriculture using 3D printed technology to study how extreme nesting temperatures impact an important agricultural pollinator, the alfalfa leafcutting bee. Prior to starting with MFF, she was the Senior Research Analyst for the Indiana Department of Child Services where she built the agency’s research and evaluation team. Elisabeth received her Master of Biology degree from North Dakota State University and received degrees in Biology and Sociology from DePauw University.
