Linh Anh is the Impact Analyst at the Morgridge Family Foundation (MFF). As a member of the MFF Publishing team, she collects data through surveys and interviews to evaluate the impact of the philanthropic activities and projects initiated by MFF and its partners.
Before joining MFF, Linh Anh spent three and a half years at her alma mater, Beloit College, where she double-majored in Quantitative Economics and Education & Youth studies. With a strong passion for using data to positively transform the education system, Linh Anh has conducted empirical research on various topics, including the failure of public schools, the within-country income inequality, and the relationship between women’s education and child mortality in Vietnam. Linh Anh also studied the Beloit workforce needs, on behalf of Hendricks CareerTek, through 30 interviews with local businesses, and later presented the research’s findings in the 2019 annual meeting of the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation (GBEDC). During college, Linh Anh co-founded a student organization called Beloit International Student Career Services that helps educate International students about the work authorization policies in the U.S., provides professional advice and arranges networking opportunities to assist them in pursuing their desired career paths.LinkedIn
