Jimmy Kimmey is the Director of Special Initiatives at the Morgridge Family Foundation. At MFF, Jimmy oversees a multi-faceted role that encompasses business development, project management and disruptive programming across the philanthropic space. His primary focus is concentrated on the assessment of the foster care system in America looking specifically at challenges and evidence-based solutions throughout the country.
Jimmy is a licensed attorney and has extensive work in the public policy sphere, having worked for the United States House of Representatives and a state run agency. Spanning almost a decade in the nonprofit space, Jimmy is joining MFF after having served as a Partnership Advisor for Stand Together in Washington, D.C. where he connected high-net-worth families with exciting, transformational non-profit organizations throughout the country. Jimmy previously served as the San Diego Director for Jewish National Fund and Associate Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee in San Diego, Orange County, and Palm Springs.
