Dani Hedlund is the founder of Brink Literacy Project and Editor-in-Chief of F(r)iction literary magazine. As a mentor in the 2020 cohort of the Morgridge Acceleration Program (MAP) Fellowship who is returning to mentor in the 2021 cohort, it’s safe to say she’s an expert on the MAP Fellowship experience. Dani sat down with our friends at ProFellow to talk about what inspired her to participate, what it was like working with her MAP Fellow and how her organization gained a new long-term revenue stream out of the experience.

“It’s this innovation, this search for something new, that the leadership of MAP fosters. They crave programs that haven’t been done before. And through their incredible mentorship of the entire program, they help turn those big ideas into long-term solutions, ” Dani says, “In short, MAP is a real game changer for the nonprofits and individuals lucky enough to be included, and I can’t wait to bring another inspiring young professional into the fold!”
